Ingredients
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- ½ cup cubed mango (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup cubed pineapple (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup orange or pineapple juice
- ½ cup coconut water
- ½ teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 sprig fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
- Toasted shredded coconut, for garnish
- Lime zest, for garnish
