Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans red kidney beans, undrained
  • 2 (1 to 1.25-ounce) packets chili seasoning mix
  • 1 (12 to 15-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, brown first three ingredients.
  2. Put mixture in slow cooker.
  3. Add next four ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  5. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
