Ingredients
- 1 pound (16-ounce) block of colby jack cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimentos
- 12 slices bread (makes 6 sandwiches)
Instructions
- Set out cream cheese to soften, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, shred colby jack cheese.
- Combine all ingredients and mix.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Spread on white sandwich bread and enjoy.
