Ingredients
  • 1 pound (16-ounce) block of colby jack cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimentos
  • 12 slices bread (makes 6 sandwiches)
Instructions
  1. Set out cream cheese to soften, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, shred colby jack cheese.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread on white sandwich bread and enjoy.
